3.  THE COMPANY

Establishing in the year 2000, our company decided to start-up the company with the name that can describe the activity for the new millennium.

Quick Kar Wash, is what coming into our mind.  It can express which type of service we would like to give and in which way that we can differentiate from the competitors. 

Having initial investment of 350,000 Baht, which will can be divided into the following proportion.

          -  Miss Thepnaree           S.                100,000       Baht   (30%)

          -  Mr.  Chanchai              S.                100,000       Baht   (30%)

          -  Mr.   Pichet                  W.               100,000       Baht   (30%)

          -  Miss Veerin                 T.                  12,500       Baht   (2.5%)

          -  Miss Pasinee                T.                  12,500       Baht   (2.5%)

          -  Miss Celine                  Y.                  12,500       Baht   (2.5%)

          -  Miss Kanokwan           P.                  12,500       Baht   (2.5%)

 

With this formulation, we can easily manage and operate the company.  Together with the qualification of 3 main founder i.e.

Miss. Thepnaree, who currently work in Marketing field so she know how to drive brand by using market activities.

Mr. Pichet, who specialize in Accounting, he can contributed his experience and ability to control cost, budget and investment.

Mr. Chanchai who is the owner of car accessory shop, he know best what the car owner really want.

These factor can contributed to strong Management Team which will lead to company growth and success.

Concerning with tax expense, we use Lump Sum Tax (Flat Rate) System, the company pay 5,000 Baht every year for tax expense.  This system is easy to operate during the period of economic recession.
