10.  FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

This section will be consisted of the following analysis :-

·        Estimated total investment cost

·        Project Financing

·        Analysis of project risk

·        Financial statements

·        Feasibility of the project

 

ESTIMATED TOTAL INVESTMENT COST

          As mentioned in the company section, we have estimated the total investment cost of 350,000 bht. to cover both working capital and initial investment for the first year.

 

PROJECT FINANCING

          Since each manager uses his/her own saving for financing the project, the project incurs no debt.

 

ANALYSIS OF PROJECT RISK

The project may face the following risks :-

·        No market risks

ABAC students may not be interested and may not actively consume our services.

·        Human-error risks

With labor-intensive, it’s sometimes too risky to expect consistency , thus, incentives in terms of both financial and non-financial should then be given  to avoid inconsistency.
